The huamn is unable to stay still and keeps doing something to show of look how hard I work.He may not be enjoying his work and works in order to please his parents or society.
You have a limited amount of energy which you use up.
In meditation which seems like inaction- aperson sitting still there is actually a lot of actionwhich is benifittinh not only himself but the whole of humanity and one who is in action outwards is possibily wasting his energy -inaction.
